Don't build tests on Windows. Move tests into an srtp_tests/ subdirectory and remove the "srtp_test_" prefix from binaries. Add a script to run all tests. BUG=webrtc:6376 R=kjellander@chromium.org Review URL: https://codereview.chromium.org/2438443004 .
