Test FontConfig variable system font matching
Replace NotoSansCJKjp-Regular.otf with NotoSansCJK-VF.otf.ttc and create
a matching tests that covers matching all available font family names
and weights from this font. This test needs to be internal as it
specifically checks our Linux test font environment.
Update the test fonts container tar file accordingly.
