[chrome-devtools-frontend] Updates after Blink+Chromium merge
GCE: DevTools FE for all Blink revisions were uploaded, now switching
to Chromium repo. All branches made after the merge will be automatically
processed, together with the branches for M45 and M46, where the merge
has also been made.
The uploader now supports non-linear commit history. In order to find
the first non-uploaded revision binary search is used (via git bisect).
GAE: Drop the hint about Blink repo, as it is no more relevant.
