updatable: Fix modules.tgz
Current modules.tgz contains a copy of modules.tgz, this breaks kernel
version detection scheme in deploy/deploy and causes chameleon update to
install modules with the same version.
Remove redundant modules.tgz inside modules.tgz and pack again.
BUG=None
TEST=make && make remote-install CHAMELEON_HOST=<ip>, check there will
not be modules update with the same version.
