factory_flow: Remove unused folders and delete shill core dumps.
Clear unused folders and delete shill core dumps so that we don't run
out of disk space on lab DUTs. This should get the lab DUTs up and
running again.
We can revert this CL after we figure out what is causing shill to crash.
