Add options to inform shopfloor after factory reset
Add two options to inform shopfloor after factory reset. One can provide
board_factory_generate_finalize_post.sh to generate a message for
default sending flow or use board_factory_complete.sh for entirely customized
flow.

TEST=1. Edit lsb_factory to add shopfloor url
2. Add board_factory_generate_finalize_post.sh to generate post
content
3. Do factory reset and sending data on jerry
