firmware-updater: Detect legacy flashrom program.
When updating with programs from old system, we must detect and use the old
"-p internal:bus=*" syntax.

TEST=manually: remove the flashrom from firmware updater bundle and see flashrom
invoked with "-p internal:bus=*" param.
