flimflam: Support all gobi devices.

Newer gobis (gobi3k) are driven by a different driver from 2k: either qualcomm's
3k driver ('GobiNet') or our unified 2k/3k driver ('gobi').

TEST=Adhoc
Boot with gobi 3k present, log in, check menu.
