google-breakpad: cherry-pick 875 from upstream

Note that this and the previous cherry-pick 830 should be reverted
before attempting to pull all the upstream changes.  While this
one patched without any issues, 830 did not fully patch due to
entire files that were missing.

TEST=CrashSender/UserCrash autotests
Verify debug id in core2md minidump matches that generated
from build-id
Also verfy the debug id matches the contents of .note.gnu.build-id
