Disable unit tests using extended attributes

The builders running on glucid do not support extended attributes and
fail to run the unit tests that rely on that. This patch disable
those tests that should be re-enabled once the glucid builder are
updated to gprecise.

BUG=chromium:281496
TEST=Running the unittest locally shows the tests as DISABLED.
