st-touch: Retry reading current firmware version
Reading the current touchpad firmware version is failing on multiple
Eve boards, resulting in non-functional touch after FW update.
This change retries the command that reads the current firmware
version up to 10 times with a 1 second delay between tries. IMO it
is better to delay the boot than to potentially boot without a good
touchpad firmware.
BUG=b:35774858
TEST=tested on two units that were unable to update their touchpad
firmware at boot and ensured that they did after this change.
