Make output of storage_info consistant for blacklist machine

In machine with broken firmware, we run smartctl -a instead
of smartctl -x but the smart value table produce by -a
is in defferent format. This patch tweak the option to make
the smartctl output consistancy.

BUG=chromium:351496
TEST=Tested in stout. chrome;//system page display correctly.
