Fix arm gold linking kernel crash.
The piece of code that causes the linker crash was introduced by sri,
and it was not upstreamed. So this fix does not go to upstream for
review.
Sri and I talked about this, and he gave nod on this.

TEST=Build kernal passed and built daisy board from scratch.
