tegra: Simplify the I2C constants.
While trying to make the The I2C constants unambiguous, I also made their
names very verbose. This CL reigns them in a bit and also consolidates _SHIFT
and _MASK constants for bit fields which have only one bit. A value with a one
in the right place can be used to test the field or set it to any of its legal
values.
BUG=None
TEST=Built and booted into the bootblock on nyan. Used test code to verify
that the main CPUs still start correctly.
