Sync up coreboot's 3rdparty binaries with upstream
Include all 3rdparty binaries that are present in upstream
coreboot as of 2015-3-20.
This includes support for a few new AMD platforms, but more
importantly, all microcode has been moved to 3rdparty and is
included in CBFS now, as opposed to compiling it into ramstage
on some systems, but leaving it in CBFS on others.

TEST=emerge-panther coreboot succeeds. No changes to existing files,
so impact is minimal.
