ichspi: Set FDBC before reading JEDEC ID

It seems like data count needs to be set before JEDEC ID is read using
Flash cycle op 0x6.

BUG=b:37087910
BRANCH=None
TEST=Verified that "flashrom -p host -r /tmp/test.bin" is able to
identify flash chip correctly and read works fine. Also verified that
flashrom write from host works fine on poppy.
