Revert "BACKPORT: FROMLIST: drm/i915/display: Add smem fallback allocation for dpt"
This reverts commit 3820199218e8408358b4da28f1510065083c1c1c.
As this is not final fix and caused regression on display issues,
better to revert this first, which should fallback to use linear fb.

TEST=Try manatee suspend function with video play and this
could resolve display failure after resume.
