CHROMIUM: Revert "Bluetooth: defer cleanup of resources in hci_unregister_dev()"
This reverts commit 3719acc161d5c1ce09912cc1c9eddc2c5faa3c66.
This patch was recently cherry-picked from upstream into chromeOS and differs
substantially. Reverting this incoming patch from incoming patch update, and
filing a bug for the bluetooth team to examine if any changes need to be made.
The cherry-pick which remains for now is:
