CHROMIUMOS: disable cros license and code style checks The license and coding style of libmbim is different to the standard ChromiumOS ones, so skip checking those. libmbim is a glib-based library for talking to WWAN modems and devices which speak the Mobile Broadband Interface Model (MBIM) protocol.
