iwlwifi: update -10.ucode for 3160 / 7260 / 7265 / 7265D
Bug fix in BT Coex code.
We had an issue when the user was scanning for new BT devices
and he had no devices paired and the device was not discoverable.
When BT scanning was finished, the BT would turn off completely
since no discovery + no paired devices means that BT can be off
completely. This case was preventing WiFi MIMO hence impacting
the WiFi throughput. This fix in the WiFi firmware allows WiFi
MIMO throughput after the scenario described above.
