linux-firmware: Update firmware patch for Intel Bluetooth 7260

This patch updates the firmware patch for Intel Bluetooth 7260 (WP2 B5)
also, it is known as Intel WP2 B5

WP2 B5 FW Patch Version: 129

This patch contains the fix for
     - Fix for BT controller lost issue

BUG=b:35581558
TEST=passed All BT Sanity and Sx ACPI tests are run and verified.
