seabios: Enable CONFIG_VGA_COREBOOT by default
Build the 'direct framebuffer' vgabios that is compatible with
coreboot framebuffer setup.
This lets us avoid calling the native VBIOS again in the boot
path as that does not seem to work well in recent GPUs.
