issue 265 bug fixes: * fixed AppInit errors: have to pass in path for all operations b/c the default is to read preinject path from registry * added dr_syswide_is_on() since needed new internal routine anyway also fixed an int 0x2d issue that shows up on NT SVN-Revision: 322
