HSD #1409882336: firmware: update RSU driver for retry_counter and status There is an error at RSU driver which RSU driver only queries SDM at boot time or when the driver is loaded. This is not good since the "reset_retry_counter" and "reset_error_status" can modify the data that SDM returns. Make additional changes to fix the error.
