HSD #15013476171: spi: spi-cadence-qspi: Disable STIG mode Disable STIG mode with quirks since socfpga has issue with read/write using the STIG mode. STIG mode is enabled by default for small read/write(<8bytes). Signed-off-by: Kah Jing Lee <kah.jing.lee@intel.com>
