make two compiler options explicit for Visual Studio projects This patch changes the release configuration of MS VS projects to explicitly use two compiler options "Maximize Speed (/O2)" and "Favor fast code(/Ot)". This change was back ported from the master branch, with the additional change to remove a dependency on obj_int_extract.bat Change-Id: Ie059bdf772e0976e480503af28e1756ecf5bb9b9
