trunks: add tpm_version command to trunks_client
Add tpm_version command to trunks_client to query various versions
and IDs from TPM. Needed to replace tpm_version in TPM2.0 environment.
Also, add 'tpm_version' script that calls trunks_client to minimize
changes in the scripts that rely in tpm_version.
