Add MLTS image classification dataset.

Image classification dataset consist of 80 images sourced
from wikimedia commons, distributed under one of following
licenses:

- Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic
- Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 Generic
- Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported
- Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International
