siso: update glob pattern and filegroup documentation
- Link filegroup glob configuration to the glob pattern section.
- Document that glob patterns are based on Go's path.Match and
explain full/relative path vs basename matching rules.
- Clarify path_filter specific glob pattern extensions ('!' and '/**')
and fix typos in the glob pattern section.
