pinpoint: Support applying a base patch This change makes Pinpoint support the following cases in A/B experiments: - Base Commit + Base Patch vs Experiment Commit + Experiment Patch - Base Commit + Experiment Patch vs Experiment Commit + Experiment Patch - Base Commit vs Base Commit + Experiment Patch - Base Commit vs Experiment Commit - Base Commit vs Experiment Commit + Experiment Patch Only some of these can actually be provided through the Pinpoint CLI while the Pinpoint UI enforces these options.
