chromeperf: Initial support for RBE-CAS input This is a very early support for RBE-CAS to reuse isolate_hash and isolate_server for cas input. The only target is to test if we can start a proper swarming task using cas input. These tools were created by Chromium developers for performance analysis, testing, and monitoring of Chrome, but they can also be used for analyzing and monitoring websites, and eventually Android apps.
