chromeperf: Diff production anomaly configs In this change we include the anomaly configuration data that's served by the sheriff-config service. This prepares us for getting the data on-demand when performing anomaly detection. These tools were created by Chromium developers for performance analysis, testing, and monitoring of Chrome, but they can also be used for analyzing and monitoring websites, and eventually Android apps.
