[Telemetry] Fix Trichrome WebView bundle setting

Update browser type android-webview-trichrome-google-bundle to use
WebViewBundleBackendSettings class, and fixed that class to handle
additional APK.

Catapult

Catapult is the home for several performance tools that span from gathering, displaying and analyzing performance data. This includes:
