[fuchsia] Fix ids.txt location for WebEngineShell This CL fixes the ids.txt file location for WebEngineShell, following the code move from //fuchsia to //fuchsia_web in Chromium. These tools were created by Chromium developers for performance analysis, testing, and monitoring of Chrome, but they can also be used for analyzing and monitoring websites, and eventually Android apps.
