Make markCaptionAndSubtitleTracksAsUnconfigured() do what the box say Sink the call to configureTextTracks() out of markCaptionAndSubtitleTracksAsUnconfigured() - this means the latter does what it advertises and nothing more. This also allows tightening the scope for when m_processingPreferenceChange is set to true.
