Add interactive UI test for launching container app from app list.

The added test interacts with the UI in the same way that a user would,
asserts that the container app is in the expected position, and verifies
that the container app launches as expected.

Additional tests will be added to verify:
* container app launch from shelf
* container app position for existing users
* container app preinstall ineligibility
* container app uninstallability
