Remove applyStatefulResource interface from SVGClipPainter applyClippingToContext is equally "stateful", so the two entrypoints does not seem warranted. Fold applyClippingToContext into applyStatefulResource and then rename it to prepareEffect (to match mask and filter). Similarly rename postApplyStatefulResource to finishEffect.
