Convert editing/deleting/delete-trailing-ws-00[12].html to use w3c test harness This patch converts "editing/deleting/delete-trailing-ws-00[12].html" to use w3c test harness and consolidates into "delete_trailing_ws.html" to simplify test files. This patch is a preparation of getting rid of grammar checking feature.
