Removed the dangling file. This is a follow-up to [1] where the font lists have been removed, but one file has been left. At this moment it is not referenced by any target, so this CL removes it. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
