Rename postfix from ChromeOS to Ash of *CommandsFactoryChromeOS This CL renames 'ChromeOS' suffix of *CommandsFactoryChromeOS to 'Ash', since it migrated to ash by https://crrev.com/c/2984941 and runs on ash-chrome now. This CL is part of the Chrome OS source code directory migration: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1g-98HpzA8XcoGBWUv1gQNr4rbnD5yfvbtYZyPDDbkaE. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
