Convert editing/deleting/delete-to-select-table.html to use w3c test harness This patch converts "editing/deleting/delete-to-select-table.html" to use w3c test harness and consolidates into "delete_tab.html" to simplify test files. This patch is a preparation of getting rid of grammar checking feature.
