Stop suppressing two WebGL-related context loss tests on macOS.

  ContextLost_WebGLBlockedAfterJSNavigation
  ContextLost_WebGLUnblockedAfterUserInitiatedReload

Were both flaking due to the same root cause. We believe that has now been fixed.
