  "message": "[ios] Sets refactoredNTP height in viewWillAppear\n\n- Sets the contentSuggestion views constraints in viewWillAppear\ninstead of viewDidLoad. This helps with the initial layout where\neverything was compressed, but still once the view is visible the\nconstraints are set in place.\n- Calls updateContentSuggestionForCurrentLayout on\nviewSafeAreaInsetsDidChange which fixes the compressed omnibox bug.\n- Moves a bunch of layout calls from viewDidLayoutSubviews to\nviewWillLayoutSubviews.
