| When updating to a new version, update the Revision above with the new commit hash, |
| and perform the following steps: |
| 1. Run on_update.sh |
| 2. Check in the generated files along with the changes for the update. |

| When making local modifications to the third party repo, no CQ bots are run. |
| So make sure to run tests locally and/or using a draft chromium CL with updated |
| DEPS pointing to the new SHA before submitting changes there. |
