Temporarily disable FTL iq_stanza protobuf parsing/sending This is a temporary workaround for a crash where the Jingle session-initiate message lacked the required <description> payload when parsed from an FTL protobuf message. Disabling iq_stanza parsing and sending forces the system to fall back to the older serialized XML payload, which correctly includes all required fields. Merge-Approval-Bypass: Release PM approved but automation screwed up the merge and bug approvals. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
