Accessibility: fulfill increment/decrement AT actions. Certain UI elements may expose actions to ATs to provide an adapted interaction with that element. Among the default actions, there are "increment" and "decrement" actions available for widgets that work with incremental values. Examples in the web platform are aria-roles slider or spinbutton, or <input type=range>. The increment/decrement actions are implemented on blink and exposed by the Mac accessibility backend, but they are not working because there is a missing one piece in their implementation. We are adding that piece here. Bug: none Change-Id: If8079edf599389475ce8931a2559da58cbcd7a46 AX-relnotes: implement increment/decrement actions on Mac. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
