Ash: Migrate keyboard window test off RunUntilIdle This changelist is part of an ongoing series to modernize Ash tests by migrating them away from RunUntilIdle() and toward targeted waits for the specific async signal or state transition each test depends on. Replace the idle drain in the keyboard controller animation test with the existing keyboard loaded-state helper. The test only needs the mocked keyboard window to finish loading before resizing it. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
