Remove `fre_source_trial` and make its enabled behavior default on iOS.
The `fre_source_trial` was used to experiment with keeping metrics files
from the First Run Experience (FRE) on iOS. This change removes the
trial and makes the behavior previously controlled by the "Enabled"
groups the default for iOS.
