Description:
The Android SDK provide API libraries and developer tools necessary to
build, test and debug for Android.
Update Instructions:
* Update //infra/config/subprojects/chromium/ci/chromium.infra.star to have the new package versions be packaged
* Trigger: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/ci/android-sdk-packager
* Update //clank/third_party/android_system_sdk/public/3pp/3pp.pb to have the system SDK be packaged
* Trigger internal 3pp bot
* Update //DEPS with new instance IDs from the triggered bots
* Run `gclient sync` to fetch the updated files.
* Update version-related variables in //build/config/android/config.gni
* Update version variable in build/android/pylib/constants/__init__.py
* Updating versions in this file (overall Version == Platform API version)
* Updating version in this //third_party/android_system_sdk/README.chromium
Adding new sdk packages:
* Find available ones here:
* public/cmdline-tools/latest/bin/sdkmanager --list
* Note the 'Available Updates:' section of the output.
* Prepare the CIPD yaml files for packages in the cipd/ directory.
* Add them to android-sdk-packager buildbucket configuation file:
infra/config/subprojects/chromium/ci/chromium.infra.star
* Submit the changes into gerrit (See crrev.com/c/2241994 as a reference)
* Follow the update instructions to get a build from the CI builder.
