[Include analysis] A few more UI improvements
- Show number of filter results. This also makes it more clear when
a filter is active.
- Simplify the getState() function by using URLSearchParams instead
of manual processing with regexes.
- Tighten the legend section and move it to the bottom.
- Put the go link in the header.
